Refund Policy

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from BADPLUGZ.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund or exchange for any returned merchandise. 

  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on BADPLUGZ.COM

  • Orders must be returned by mail only.

  • Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.

  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for BADPLUGZ products not purchased from BADPLUGZ.COM

  • Please choose your items carefully to avoid "change of mind" returns.
