Orders must be returned by mail only.
Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for BADPLUGZ products not purchased from BADPLUGZ.COM
