All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the following business day. For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST or they will be shipped the following business day. Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at Badplugz@gmail.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
